Neil oversees all of the association's activities and is UK Screen Association’s principal representative and adviser to the board. His role includes raising the association's profile with government departments and the media - establishing an authoritative collective voice for the sector in its dealings with government, industry bodies and other stakeholders. He represents the sector at key industry events and discussions and brings the membership together in working groups and sub committees to inform and drive the association's agenda. Neil is also responsible for securing funding through membership, sponsorship and other third party support.
Victoria is the first point of contact for many of our members. Her responsibilities include dealing with day-to-day member enquiries, marketing and member communications, updating the website, organising working groups and project-managing our member events.
Kate will focus on the business and skills policy for Animation UK, with emphasis on liaison with government and other industry stakeholders.
Helen beings her wealth of experience in the circles of animation and training to the team at UK Screen Alliance. She will spearhead the recruitment of new members to Animation UK and formulate policy as well as giving cross sector advice on training.

We get involved in important industry issues and consultations that affect our member communities. Having a collective voice enables us to ensure that the views of our sector are taken into account when key decisions are made.
